Dr. Fauci recently claimed that in order to reopen schools for in-person learning, Democrats’ massive bill was needed:

“I think that the schools really do need more resources. And that’s the reason why the national relief act that we’re talking about getting passed, we need that. The schools need more resources.

And CDC Director Walensky said: “I think we need a lot more resources in order to get the schools safe’

If reopening schools is dependent on more resources, as they claim, why is 95% of the money for education in Democrats’ bill not projected to be spent until AFTER 2021? (CBO report, page 12).

To put this another way: more than two-thirds of the education money in Democrats’ massive bill for isn’t spent until 2023 or later.

Do parents have to wait until 2023 or later to send their kids back to school?

Or is $6 billion the amount needed (not $128 billion) to reopen schools this year?

Which is it?
