With the Consumer Price Index rising to a 40-year high, working families are seeing the impact of high prices at the grocery store — and hosting a Super Bowl party is no different. Chicken wings are up 99%, avocado prices are through the roof, and the average Super Bowl party this year is expected to cost $79 per person, an increase of $4.37 per person from 2021.

At a time when working families are already struggling to make their paychecks make ends meet, they don’t need President Biden and House Democrats to make it any worse.
